What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, make you stand up, or ask you to give money. We have a guest information card that you can choose to fill out if you would like more information about our church. Our schedule on Sundays includes Sunday School for ages pre-k to Adult (Sept. – May only) at 9:30 a.m., and our church service at 10:30 a.m., which lasts about one hour.

What should I wear at Calvary Baptist Church?

Dress comfortably. Some people dress up, but most wear casual and comfortable clothes on Sunday mornings.
Don’t worry about what you wear, as you’ll never feel out of place when you come casual.

What about my little ones?

At Calvary Baptist your children are a top priority. Our nursery for (0-4 year olds) is clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We also offer a separate Nursing Mom’s room downstairs for a quiet space to comfort or feed your baby. In that room there is opportunity if a Mom wishes to watch the service live through YouTube. Kids 5 and older remain with their families in the worship service, and we provide kid’s coloring packs and bags in the back for their weekly use.

What is your style of worship?

We sing contemporary praise songs that seek to glorify and exalt our amazing God. We also recognize the great value in some of the older classic hymns of the faith and include them in our worship as well.
